Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the State of Qatar Rashad Ismayilov met with the Minister of Education and Higher Education of Qatar Mohammed Abdul Wahed Ali Al Hammadi

On May 1, 2018 Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the State of Qatar Rashad Ismayilov met with the Minister of Education and Higher Education of Qatar Mohammed Abdul Wahed Ali Al Hammadi .

The meeting focused on the discussions about the development of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Qatar in the field of education. The opportunities of establishing relations between the educational institutions of Azerbaijan and Qatar, especially universities, were discussed. The Minister  was informed about the reforms and steps implemented in the education system of our country within the recent years.

Qatari Minister noted that he held fruitful negotiations during his official visit to Azerbaijan in 2017, he said that he remembers with great pleasure the meeting with the President of Azerbaijan. The Minister said they are interested in expanding cooperation with Azerbaijan in the sphere of education.
